Equator has received 6 months funding to conduct action research to improve racial diversity in Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences postgraduate research. The work will involved a ring-fenced mentoring network and research school, and an advocacy working group that will bring together central doctoral training partnerships from across the UK.
